Another Notre Dame commission

That old Christmas gift to Jack when he was accepted at Notre Dame truly is the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve painted several versions of it now for alumni as well as graduation gifts for those just about to become alumni. This one was for a huge ND family from New Jersey, and the alumni artist mom (sound familiar??) commissioned this for her son.

Now that I have adjusted to the Empty Nest (read…the house is organized better than ever and my grocery bill is wonderfully tiny!), I’ve decided to focus on these Notre Dame scenes and the birds. Go with what you love, right? Prints of this one are available here, and as always this one is customizable to your own season/car: https://fineartamerica.com/featured/notre-dame-avenue-welcome-weekend-anne-lewis.html

Next up, a Notre Dame scene that brings back memories of feeding hungry Irish Guard at my house one October break :).
